    Our Inspiration

    Nine Mile is a district in Saint Ann Parish, Jamaica, a few miles south of Brown's Town. On February 6, 1945, the reggae musician and peace activist Bob Marley was born in Nine Mile and later laid to rest there.

    Our Beginning

    Nine Mile is a peaceful, country village in Jamaica where Cedella Marley-Booker, the Marley family matriarch’s was born.

  • Princess Booker is grand-daughter of Cedella Marley- Booker and Niece of Bob Marley. She is the founder of the clothing brand Nine Mile and the creator of the Nine Mile Babies.

    The Idea

    Princess Booker started the brand in 2018, she wanted to share her love for Nine Mile with the world.

  • Princess Booker at Kaya Fest in L.A. The Music and Awareness Festival. Created in the spirit of Bob Marley’s great legacy and curated by his son, Stephen Marley. The festival was an expression of unity and artistic excellence.

    The Launch

    The brand launched in 2018 in Miami.
