01. WHAT ARE MY DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer Standard Shipping Delivery which is Monday through Saturday (excluding Public Holidays). We provide all customers with a tracking number for all our deliveries.
02. WHERE DO WE SHIP TO?
We are global!
Order your Nine Mile Collection items anywhere in the world. All UK & US orders take approx 3-5 working days, however if your item is located in a different warehouse it can take up to 6-7 working days. The rest of the world can take up to 4 - 10 days.
03. WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
Shipping is based on weight and will be calculated at checkout, costs may vary according to weight.
04. WHAT IS THE PROCESS OF DELIVERING MY ITEM(S)?
Once your order is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order number and details . Once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, we’ll email you a link with your tracking information. Please note, delivery notifications emails are provided by the carrier.
05. CAN YOU DELIVER TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS?
Yes! It’s super simple.
When filling out your billing address simply un-tick the box that says ‘Deliver to same address’. You will then be given the option to enter a different delivery address. If this is a business address, always make sure you include the name of the company or organisation in the address field, as well as the contact name to ensure your parcel is successfully delivered.
Please note that this must be done at the time of order completion.
