In this case, a full refunds will be issued for any item we cannot full fill. Congratulations! Once you've placed you order, you will receive an order confirmation message which will contain your order number. We will also send order confirmation via email within an hour of order placement. Once our team at the warehouse has processed your order, you will receive a second email with a delivery tracking number, letting you know to get excited because your order is on its way!


Yes! Once you have placed an order you will receive a confirmation email, shortly after. If you have not received your order confirmation email please contact us.


We are unable to accommodate any order changes once your order that been placed. Unfortunately your order would had been processed by our warehouse team, and will not be able to adjust it.


To make sure you receive your items ASAP, we start processing your order as soon as we receive it. This means that once your order has been placed, you will be unable to cancel it.
